This Return Policy applies to online workspace audit products sold by AlignAudit through Detoxtendon at detoxtendon.site, including Solo Desk Insight, Team Zone Review, and Enterprise Workspace Programme.

1. Nature of Digital Services

Our products are professional services delivered remotely. Once an audit session has taken place or a customised report has been issued, the service is considered consumed. This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for UK clients.

2. Consumer Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a fourteen-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if you request that we begin the audit within the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. For partially performed services, a reasonable amount may be charged for work completed.

3. Cancellation Before the First Session

You may cancel at least forty-eight hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable payment processing costs disclosed at checkout. Cancellations made with less notice may receive a credit toward a future booking valid for six months.

4. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of twenty-five pounds. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. After Report Delivery

Because reports are tailored to your workspace, refunds are not available after delivery except where we fail to provide the documented deliverables for your package tier. In such cases, contact us within fourteen days with specific deficiencies so we can remedy or partially refund at our discretion.

6. Package Upgrades

Fees paid for Solo Desk Insight may be credited toward Team Zone Review if upgraded within sixty days, subject to availability. Enterprise upgrades are quoted individually. Credits are non-transferable between unrelated organisations.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns about audit quality or scheduling. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to refusal of future bookings.

8. Business Clients

Where you purchase on behalf of a company, separate contractual terms on invoices may apply. In case of conflict, signed agreements prevail over this website policy.

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Submit your booking reference, name, and reason via studio-connect.html or to help@detoxtendon.site. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
